Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act), Tubeyfai acts as a Data Fiduciary. You, as the person whose personal data we handle, are a Data Principal.

Personal data you give us: name, email address, phone number, billing details, and any information submitted through forms, webinar registrations or community profiles.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, time stamps, and usage analytics.

Payment data is processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store card numbers or bank credentials.

Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before the withdrawal. Please note that withdrawing consent may limit or end your access to paid programmes.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by Indian law. Course access and transaction records are kept for the duration of your membership plus any statutory retention period, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: payment gateways, our learning platform (TagMango), email service providers, analytics providers, and cloud hosting.

We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside India, and we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We use cookies for site functionality, remembering preferences, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect how parts of the site work.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Tubeyfai's services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided data should contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 30 days. If your grievance remains unresolved, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
