Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final once access is granted. A refund may be considered only if both of these conditions are met:

• The request is raised within 24 hours of purchase
• No course content has been accessed, no resources downloaded, and no community joined

Any login or access activity makes the purchase non-refundable.

All purchases are final. Access to course materials, mentorship and the private community is delivered immediately upon payment, and delivery is considered complete once login credentials or community access are issued. No refunds are provided once access has been granted.

For paid webinars, a refund may be requested only before the live session begins, and within 24 hours of purchase. Once the live session has started, no refund is available, whether or not you attended.

There are no recordings or replays. Eligible requests are reviewed by our team and processed within 7 to 15 working days to the original payment method.

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of time or ability to complete the programme
• Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
• Partial or full usage of the programme
• Non-participation or inactivity
• Removal for violation of community guidelines

Email connect@novaananth.com with your full name, registered email, transaction ID and date of purchase. We acknowledge within 72 hours and confirm eligibility by email.

The platform may display the full curriculum roadmap. Access to certain modules, bonus trainings or advanced content may be released progressively based on the programme schedule and learning progression.

Display of a module in the roadmap does not guarantee immediate access, and phased release is not grounds for a refund.

Initiating a chargeback after accessing programme content may result in suspension of live sessions, mentorship interaction and private community access during the review.

Access logs, attendance records and participation history may be used as evidence. Access to previously delivered recorded content may continue, subject to internal review.

Disputes shall first be addressed through mutual discussion or mediation. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
